Shipping Notice

SEPTEMBER 25, 2025: The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a national strike, all operations will cease during this time.

"Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed. Service guarantees are suspended for items already in the postal network. We have notified customers that their scheduled pickups have been cancelled. No new items will be accepted until the national disruption is over.

All mail and parcels in the postal network will be secured and delivered as quickly as possible once operations resume. However, a national strike of any length will impact service to Canadians well after the strike activity ends. Processing and delivery may take some time to fully return to normal."

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the United States. For guests with U.S. addresses who will be staying at the Inn, in-room delivery or on-site pickup shipping options remain available at checkout. Refunds

At this time we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please note that once purchased, Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to PO Box 250 - 500 Osprey Lane, Tofino, BC V0R 2Z0.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
