October 10, 2025: Canada Post welcomes employees back while urging CUPW to return to the table to bring much-needed certainty for Canadians and employees

OTTAWA – Canada Post will welcome back employees represented by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) on Saturday, October 11, as the union moves from a full, national strike to rotating strikes. Plans are now underway to ensure a safe and orderly restart of our national operations, which were shut down without warning on September 25 following the union’s sudden national strike.

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the United States. For guests with U.S. addresses who will be staying at the Inn, in-room delivery or on-site pickup shipping options remain available at checkout. Refunds

At this time we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please note that once purchased, Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to PO Box 250 - 500 Osprey Lane, Tofino, BC V0R 2Z0.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
